Punaam Boro Kataria is a Production Designer/Art Director based in New Delhi, India. She is an alumni of the top design school of India - The National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi and has majored in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory Design. Having worked for few years for Network 18 and freelancing ever since, she has great experience in advertisements, feature film and short films.

 

Punaam is natively from Assam, a North Eastern state of India. Born and grew around nature, her roots power her creativity and simplicity. Optimism and experimentation are at the very core of her philosophy, resulting in designs that can only make the world around us a bit more beautiful.

 

Also as a Product Designer, Punaam has experience working under the very famous International Product Designer Michael Aram in early days of her career and shifted gears to Art Direction while also following her passion for designing lifestyle products. She grew her passion with The Tree Company where she studied feasibility, designed and fabricated products for the modern day green living.
